Yanmar Turkey appoints Keskin as Energy Director

Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş., a fully owned subsidiary of Yanmar, one of the world’s leading engine manufacturers, has made a strategic appointment to increase its activities in Turkey. Yıldırım Vehbi Keskin has taken over as the Energy Systems Business Director of Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş.

Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş., aiming to maintain its pioneering position in the energy sector with an innovative and broad product range, made this high-level appointment in order to expand its operations. Keskin, who has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, has a rich experience in power systems collaboration and country management in various international companies. He will be responsible for the development of Yanmar Turkey’s Power EPC projects in Turkey, Central Asia, Middle East, and North Africa regions.

Following his appointment, Keskin commented, “As Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş., we are the only subsidiary of Yanmar globally responsible for Power EPC solutions. We are vying for Power EPC projects in the global market. In this context, Yanmar is connecting end-users with efficient and reliable solutions that conform to carbon footprint reduction strategies in turnkey Power EPC projects. We continue to develop our Power EPC projects in Turkey, Central Asia, Middle East, and North Africa. With Yanmar’s new structure in energy systems, we plan to increase our activities in target markets, particularly in cogeneration/ trigeneration facilities running on gases like natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, associated petroleum gas (APG), hydrogen, and renewable energy power plants.
