One of the most prolific musicians of the progressive rock scene, the ingenious musician Steven Wilson will be performing at Zorlu PSM on 22 July.
If one takes a rough glimpse at Mr. Wilson’s career, the breakthrough marks would be as either Porcupine Tree, the various side projects or the ever famous Pink Floyd references. Once you get through the prominent facts, you get to see that his outstanding work range from the likes of Donna Summer to Jethro Tull, King Crimson to Abba and even Donovan to The Beatles.
Music lovers should show extra-special to Hand. Cannot. Erase; Wilson’s fourth solo studio album which was released on 27 February 2015. Wilson gave a concert at Zorlu PSM on 2 May as part of a tour for this album which received geat acclaim. Now, with his fifth solo album To The Bone, Wilson is on the road again to meet with his fans. Inspired by the artist’s own words of progressive pop songs, To The Bone tells stories of our times along a broad spectrum from refugees to terrorists and from “flexible truths” to chaos.
