CYE Petrol/Istanbul launched 5th and 6th EMERSON Coriolis Mass Flow Meters on her bunker barges. Trial period for mass flow meters terminated successfully for MT TARABYA-E and MT BEBEK-E during April 2016. Official use started as of 11 May 2016.
CYE Petrol/ Istanbul is the first and only Turkish physical bunker supplier who is using voluntarily coriolis mass flow meters on bunker barges for bunker supplies.
Very first EMERSON Coriolis Mass Flow Meters were fitted on Company’s new generation bunker barges (MT BEYKOZ-E and MT KALAMIS-E) during August 2014. This unique service was well appreciated by the shipping industry. Managing high standart bunker supplies with well known certified system provided better image and more efficient supplies. Sales figures increased 40% during 2015.
